By accessing or using the Lona website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

You must register for an account (via Clerk) to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

Certain features require a paid subscription (Pro, Premium). Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your chosen plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at admin@lona.agency.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service: to conduct illegal activity, infringe on others' rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.

The Service itself, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, are owned by Lona and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the trading strategies you generate using the service ("User Content"). You grant us a license to use User Content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not provide financial advice. Trading involves significant risk; past performance is not indicative of future results. We are not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support at admin@lona.agency.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. By continuing to use the service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
